LEED-Certified Projects

We strategically manage projects pursuing LEED certification, integrating sustainability from the earliest project stages.

We define the target certification level, coordinate the LEED integrative session (charrette), and administer the LEED Scorecard throughout design and construction, ensuring technical control of credits and associated risks.

We oversee compliance across all LEED categories and manage documentation and the review process with GBCI, maximising the probability of achieving the desired certification level.

BREEAM-Certified Projects

At EVERBRICK INTEGRA, we strategically manage projects pursuing BREEAM certification, integrating sustainability criteria from the earliest design stages.

We coordinate the initial assessment, define the target rating (Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent or Outstanding), and administer ongoing credit tracking through continuous technical control during design and construction.

We supervise compliance across BREEAM categories — Management, Health & Wellbeing, Energy, Transport, Water, Materials, Waste, Land Use & Ecology, Pollution and Innovation — ensuring technical and documentary alignment at every stage.

We manage evidence compilation and coordination with the accredited Assessor, maximising the probability of achieving the targeted rating.

Living Building Challenge Projects

At EVERBRICK INTEGRA, we manage projects pursuing compliance with the Living Building Challenge (LBC), integrating regenerative sustainability principles from project inception.

We define the certification pathway and coordinate compliance with the seven LBC Petals — Place, Water, Energy, Health & Happiness, Materials, Equity and Beauty — aligning design, construction and operations with its rigorous performance-based requirements.

We oversee net-positive energy strategies, holistic water management, stringent material selection compliant with the Red List, and advanced standards for wellbeing and equity.

We coordinate documentation and the performance verification period required by the International Living Future Institute, ensuring technical coherence and operational feasibility to achieve certification.
